Your template contains many other errors (except that you indicated) that its developer can only correctly fix. And your template is built on an outdated Helix 3. I would recommend that you fix losses. Download free Helix Ultimate and redo the site.
(IMO) I did not see anything in your template for which it would be worth giving money. All this can be done in the free Helix Ultimate
Note: Helix 3 and Helix Ultimate cannot work on one site, as they conflict. Install Helix Ultimate and set it as default template. Remove Helix 3 based template and remove Helix 3 plugin (the plugin is removed separately from the template). After that you can work with Helix Ultimate
